These terms apply to purchases from the Pyracrystal online store operated by Pyracrystal GmbH, Auhofstraße 116, 1130 Wien, Austria. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over conflicting provisions in these terms.
Products and presentation
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and natural material variation can affect colour and appearance. Natural stones may differ in colour, pattern, clarity, shape, and size; reasonable natural variation is not normally a defect.
Customised and made-to-order products
Selected pieces are customised, personalised, or made to order. Product-specific options and lead times form part of the product description. Once preparation or customisation has begun, requested changes may not be possible. Where goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
Orders and contract formation
Products displayed in the store are an invitation to place an order. By completing checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, subject to applicable law.
Prices and payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed in the store. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown as required before the order is submitted. Payment must be made using an available checkout method.
Availability and cancellation
Orders are subject to availability and verification. If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and refund the affected payment. We may reject or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, unlawful activity, or delivery restrictions.
Delivery
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 4–6 business days after purchase confirmation and payment. Standard shipping is USD $7.99 with an estimated 12–15 day transit after dispatch; express shipping is USD $15.99 with an estimated 5–8 day transit. Eligible merchandise subtotals of USD $100 or more, or the displayed equivalent, qualify for free express shipping. Product-specific lead times, available destinations, customs information, and full conditions are set out in Shipping & Delivery. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Withdrawal, returns, and refunds

Conformity and warranties
We are responsible for goods that conform to the contract as required by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory warranty or remedy rights.
Safe and intended use
Follow product descriptions, sizing information, and care instructions. Decorative crystal products are not medical or veterinary devices and do not replace functional pet safety equipment unless expressly described otherwise. See Crystal Care & Pet Safety.
Intellectual property
Store content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and images are owned by or licensed to Pyracrystal and may not be copied or commercially used without permission, except where law permits.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory product and consumer rights. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
Austrian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction apply. Contact support@pyracrystal.com so we can first try to resolve any concern directly.
Changes
The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order. We may update these terms for future use of the store.
