Crystal Care & Pet Safety

Natural stones and considered details deserve gentle care. A short routine helps preserve both the appearance of your piece and the comfort of its wearer.

Everyday care

  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, cleaning products, salt, and chlorine.
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, vigorous play, or activities that could catch or pull the piece.
  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
  • Store separately in a dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and sharp objects.
  • Do not use ultrasonic or chemical jewellery cleaners unless the product instructions specifically permit them.

Pet safety

  • Supervise pets while they wear decorative crystal accessories.
  • Do not allow chewing, licking, or ingestion of stones, beads, cords, or metal components.
  • Check fastenings, cords, stones, and hardware before every use. Stop using a piece immediately if it is loose, cracked, stretched, or damaged.
  • Ensure a comfortable fit and monitor for rubbing, hair matting, skin irritation, or behavioural discomfort.
  • Keep small components away from children and animals when the piece is not being worn.

Important distinction

Decorative pet jewellery is not a restraint, walking, identification, or safety device unless the specific product description expressly states that it is designed and tested for that purpose. Use an appropriate functional collar or harness for leads and identification.
