Every Pyracrystal order is prepared with care before beginning its journey to you. The times below separate our preparation period from carrier transit time, so you can plan with confidence.
Preparation & dispatch
After your purchase is confirmed and payment is completed, orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 4–6 business days. Some pieces are customised or made to order. Where a product requires a different lead time, this will be stated on its product page or confirmed with you.

Free express shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal is USD $100 or more, or the displayed equivalent in your selected currency, after discounts and before shipping, taxes, and duties. For orders below the threshold, standard and express shipping remain available at the rates shown above. The final available method and charge are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, local carrier conditions, public holidays, weather, and remote destinations may cause delays.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a dispatch confirmation to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to become active after the parcel is collected.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are payable by the recipient.
Address changes, delays & damaged parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after preparation begins. If tracking shows an unusual delay or the parcel arrives visibly damaged, email support@pyracrystal.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
